Tanishq, India’s most trusted jewellery brand, has inaugurated its largest flagship store at Meena Bazaar in Dubai, marking a major milestone in the brand’s Gulf expansion strategy and ushering in a new chapter of growth across the GCC.

The opening represents Tanishq’s first major expansion in the Gulf region following the Titan–Damas integration, and also marks the launch of Tanishq’s first Diamond Excellence Centre outside India, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to global quality standards and design excellence.

Strategically located in one of Dubai’s most prominent jewellery districts, the new Meena Bazaar flagship is designed as an immersive customer experience centre. The store features an extensive range of gold and diamond jewellery, a dedicated premium wedding jewellery section representing diverse cultures and traditions, and exclusive international design collections tailored to the region’s multicultural audience.

Speaking at the inauguration, C.K. Venkataraman, Managing Director of Titan Company Limited, said the new store reflects Tanishq’s vision of delivering a personalised retail experience for customers from over 200 nationalities residing in the UAE. He described the opening as a symbolic return to Dubai, where Tanishq had launched its first international store, and noted that Meena Bazaar’s legacy, customer trust, and strategic importance continue to play a vital role in the brand’s regional growth.

The Meena Bazaar opening also marks Venkataraman’s final official engagement in the Gulf region, ahead of his retirement in January, following his leadership role in driving Titan’s global expansion and the Titan–Damas merger.

Ajoy Chawla, CEO of Titan Company Limited’s Jewellery Division, described the new flagship as a key growth driver for Titan in the Middle East. He said the store would serve as a model for future international outlets across the region, offering premium wedding jewellery, contemporary designs for younger consumers, and globally certified quality standards.

Commenting on the collaboration, Ananthanarayanan Hariharan, CEO of Damas Jewellery, said the Meena Bazaar flagship reflects the early strength and long-term potential of the Titan–Damas partnership. He added that the store sets a new benchmark for jewellery retail in Dubai through enhanced collections, superior service standards, and an elevated customer experience.

Located in one of the region’s most renowned jewellery hubs, the Meena Bazaar flagship has been designed to serve both long-standing patrons and a new generation seeking modern designs, while maintaining the high levels of trust and craftsmanship associated with the Tanishq brand.
