Lulu Group has expanded its footprint in the northern emirates with the launch of a new Lulu Xpress outlet at Ghalilah Mall in Ras Al Khaimah. The store’s strategic location near the UAE–Oman border is expected to benefit both local residents and cross-border visitors.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Sheikh Arhama bin Saud bin Khaled Al Qasimi, Director of the Office of the Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, alongside Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group, and senior company officials.
Covering 19,200 square feet, the outlet offers an extensive range of groceries, fresh produce, bakery items, meat, seafood, home essentials, and beauty products. Customers can also access special Ramadan product sections with promotional pricing. Modern features such as self-checkout counters and spacious parking aim to provide a seamless shopping experience.
Yusuffali M.A. highlighted that Lulu’s continued expansion into interior and suburban regions demonstrates the group’s dedication to accessibility and community-focused growth.
Ramadan Price Stability Assured
Addressing Ramadan preparations, Yusuffali reiterated that Lulu will not implement any price increases during the Holy Month. “Customers can shop with confidence knowing that essential products will remain fairly priced throughout Ramadan,” he stated.
Lulu has rolled out promotions offering up to 65% discounts on selected Ramadan items. Backed by sourcing offices in 27 countries, the retailer ensures consistent availability of staples such as rice, flour, sugar, cooking oil, dates, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, and poultry.
The event was attended by key Lulu executives including Ashraf Ali M.A., Salim M.A., V. Nandakumar, and Shabu Abdul Majeed.
